Our performance-based methodology helps patients increase strength, endurance and cardio function. We also conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and have trained occupational therapists. Sports Therapy Our athletic training and therapy protocols can help you address biomechanical issues to prevent injuries and strengthen muscles to stay injury free. Our team understands the complexities of high-level rehabilitation needs of athletes of all ages and specializes in: Preventing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating sports injuries Coordinating care across multiple touch points, including physicians, parents, coaches and school/club officials Massage Therapy contracts with experienced licensed professional massage therapists to offer a variety of massage therapies, including: Relaxation Massage Connective Tissue Massage Active Isolated Stretching Neuromuscular Massage Sports Massage Orthopedic Massage Deep Tissue Massage Manual Lymph Drainage Prenatal Massage Rates are 45 minutes $60, 60 minutes $75, 75 minutes $85, 90 minutes $100. Hand Therapy Through preventative, non-operative, conservative treatment, post-operative rehab and industry consultation, our hand therapists can effectively evaluate and treat complex upper extremity cases including: Soft tissue sprains and strains Fractures of the upper extremity Arthritic/degenerative joint disease Rotator cuff injuries and other shoulder pathologies Compression-based and traumatic peripheral nerve injuries Multiple trauma injuries Wound care Scar management Tendon lacerations and repairs Amputations and re-plantations Overuse tendinopathies Get started quickly Already have a doctor’s prescription for therapy? Request your first appointment with us online. We offer convenient times and locations to fit your schedule. Request an appointment New patient information Your first visit will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive evaluation and applicable treatment administered by a licensed physical therapist, who will review your medical history, diagnostic tests and any recent events that may have contributed to your current condition. Your evaluation will include assessment of your current functional deficits, pain level and posture, as well as a thorough evaluation of your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Following your evaluation, your physical therapist will thoroughly explain your personalized treatment plan and expectations for recovery. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your initial scheduled appointment time in order to complete all necessary paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing, such as athletic wear, and please do not wear jewelry.
